We conduct due diligence, negotiate, prepare or review all agreements and instruments, obtain all regulatory consents and approvals and procure registration and title documents in land registries across Kenya for our clients.
We also enforce our clients’ rights when property transactions do not go according to plan and disputes arise. Enforcement may entail arbitration, litigation in courts and tribunals for specific performance, eviction, recovery of rent arrears, foreclosure, among other reliefs.
